Financial Planning CRM Plannr has launched a two-way integration with widely used Financial Planning software provider Dynamic Planner.
The integration is live for all Plannr users with further integrations planned over the coming months.
Advisers and Paraplanners can now move client data between the two provider systems automatically. Client details held in Plannr flow into Dynamic Planner, and risk results from Dynamic Planner flow back into Plannr.
Plannr claims the integration enables a single, up-to-date client record, with no logging into multiple systems and no rekeying of information.
Gareth Thompson, chief technical architect at Plannr, said: “Integrating with Dynamic Planner has been on our wishlist for a long time, so we’re thrilled it’s now live for all our users.
“Making the data flow both ways matters. Advisers shouldn’t have to wonder which system holds the latest version of a client’s details. With this integration, the work done in Dynamic Planner comes straight back into the client record in Plannr, where the rest of the firm can see it and act on it.”
Firms that use both Plannr and Dynamic Planner can switch the integration on from the Addon Store in settings.
Plannr has launched several new integrations with other Financial Planning tools this year.
In May Söderberg & Partners Platform, Seccl and Plannr launched the second phase of their integration, which they say will allow Financial Planners and advisers to open and manage platform accounts end-to-end within a single system.
They said the integration marks a shift away from legacy integrations toward embedded platform infrastructure, with the aim of making underlying technology effectively invisible to advisers.
Plannr is a CRM for Financial Planners, it says. It is 25% owned by fintech firm Fintel which is also the parent of Defaqto and SimplyBiz. It was launched in 2024 to challenge established CRM firms such as Intelliflo, IRESS and Time4Advice.
Dynamic Planner claims to be the UK’s leading AI-powered digital advice platform, used by over 40% of UK investment advice firms. It was founded in 2003 and powers the MSCI Dynamic Planner indices.
