Jersey-based wealth manager Team plc - which recently acquired Financial Planner and wealth manager WH Ireland - reported today that the group's assets under influence and management have risen from £2.3bn in March to £2.6bn now.
The figure was revealed by chairman Mark Clubb ahead of the firm’s AGM this week.
He said the figure reflected, “the continued development of our enlarged platform and reinforcing Team's position as a growing international wealth and asset management business.”
The firm recently acquired troubled Financial Planner and wealth manager WH Ireland for £12.7m as well as acquiring Financial Planning business EPIC Fund Services Guernsey for £800,000 in March.
Mr Clubb said: “Since completing the transformational acquisitions of WH Ireland and the EPIC businesses, our focus has been firmly on integration, execution and realising the benefits of our significantly enlarged group.”
He said: “Bringing together businesses, people and systems is never without its challenges” but added that “integration across the Group, including WH Ireland Wealth Management, remains on schedule.”
He said Team International has recruited a net 19 new advisers since March.
Looking ahead, Mr Clubb said: “Our objective is not simply to become a larger business, but to become a stronger, more scalable and higher-quality business with an increasing proportion of recurring revenues and operational leverage.
“We continue to target achieving consistent month-on-month cash profitability around the end of this calendar year or during the first quarter of next year, as the benefits of integration, revenue growth and operational efficiencies increasingly come together.”
Losses climbed slightly in the period, rising from £1.76m in 2025 to £1.84m this year.
Team’s AGM is to be held at the company's offices in Jersey today.
