Wealth manager Titan Wealth has acquired LTS Tax Limited, a tax advisory firm in the Channel Islands, for an undisclosed sum subject to regulatory approval.
The LTS team includes 14 qualified UK Chartered Tax Advisers and seven qualified accountants across its offices in the Channel Islands.
The firm said the acquisition strengthened its international wealth management, adding specialist UK and offshore tax expertise.
In June Titan Wealth bought Progeny International, the overseas arm of Financial Planner Progeny Group, for an undisclosed sum. The deal, which remains subject to regulatory approval, added approximately £900m of assets under advice to Titan’s international business, along with 13 financial advisers.
Progeny has a presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Belgium, and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and offers tax-led financial advice to internationally mobile individuals, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families. Combined with LTS Tax, the two offer international Financial Planning, Titan said.
LTS was established in Guernsey in 2012 and opened a Jersey office in May 2026. It provides a range of tax advisory and compliance services, including personal and corporate taxation, trust taxation, inheritance tax planning, wealth structuring, double tax treaty and residence guidance. The business predominantly serves high-net-worth clients, trustees and corporates.
Andrew Fearon, joint group CEO and head of M&A at Titan Wealth, said: "The acquisition of LTS is another important step. LTS’s solutions complement our existing strengths.”
Paul O’Neill, managing director of LTS Tax, said: "Joining Titan Wealth marks an exciting new chapter for LTS. Clients will benefit from access to a broader range of services."
In January, Titan completed its acquisition of Financial Planner IWP, adding £6.9bn of client assets and bringing the firm’s total assets to £44bn. The acquisition added IWP’s two trading businesses (IWP Financial Planning Limited and IWP Investment Management Limited) to Titan Wealth.
London-based Titan Wealth was formed in 2021 and has four main divisions, platform, custody, discretionary fund management and Financial Planning. Its Financial Planning division is made up of Titan Financial Planning Ltd (formerly Goldsborough Wealth), Telford Mann Ltd and Prism Financial Advice Ltd.
Titan has also said that it plans on further international expansion for later this year, as well as looking for more acquisitions in the UK and abroad.
