Parent company IntegraFin Holdings published the figures today in its end of year trading update.
It said gross inflows for the year hit a record £11.2bn, up 11%, despite net inflows for the fourth quarter of the year falling slightly to £0.9bn from £1bn in same period in 2025.
The business said, “client deposits and withdrawals saw a modest impact from the upcoming UK Budget, as we have seen in previous years.”
The company said it expects total group revenue for the year to be approximately £177m, a 13% increase.
It said underlying administrative expense growth is projected to slow to around 3% for both 2026 and 2027, with ongoing cost management initiatives.
Alex Scott, IHP group chief executive officer, said: “We have ended the year strongly with another quarter of robust net inflows onto the Transact platform. Net inflows of £0.9bn demonstrate Transact’s continued ability to grow platform FUD and attract new clients. We are confident that Transact will maintain a strong share of net flows into the growing adviser platform market in the coming year.”
He said the firm has, “maintained our rigorous focus on cost control, implementing the next phase of our efficiency initiatives. Our continued strong momentum means we look ahead with confidence.”
The business said it has continued to enhance the Transact platform to attract new clients and advisers. It said recent updates focused on facilitating intergenerational Financial Planning in light of the changes to IHT on pensions that will come into force in 2027.
During the past quarter, It has also launched an online chargeable gains calculator for investment bonds and introduced new functionality for transfers between family-linked wrappers.
The group will announce its results for the year ended 30 September on 9 December.
