Verve Foundation, the not-for-profit organisation looking to bring new blood into the profession and help advisers to grow, has launched a new website.
The new website, www.vervefoundation.co.uk, offers a central hub for advisers and firms to engage with its work.
It also plans to use its website to launch a new podcast designed to share stories of those who have already benefited by the work it does, as well as insights from across the industry.
The Foundation has reshuffled its senior leadership team, in a move which it said would position the organisation for growth.
Former head of the Foundation, Hayley Rabbets, departed the organisation in October after almost four years.
Cathi Harrison, CEO of the Verve Foundation, said: “I’m incredibly proud of the impact we’ve had so far and the progress we’ve made this year. We continue to be the only, independent, not-for-profit, that is focused entirely altruistically on practically supporting and enhancing the financial services sector What’s especially exciting is the number of people across the industry who are backing what we do — their support makes all of this possible. We’re looking forward to building on this impact even further in the months ahead.”
The Verve Foundation was founded during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021. Through its 'New Talent' and 'Adviser Incubator' programmes it offers advice to those looking to start a career in financial advice, as well as helping to support new advice firms.
Since launch, the Foundation claims to have helped 163 people start their careers in finance, with 13 completed Diploma qualifications to date. It has also helped over 150 advice firms to get started or begin to scale.
