The Personal Finance Society, the professional body for Chartered Financial Planners and other industry professionals, today named Katherine Parkes of Cazenove Capital as Chartered Financial Planner of the Year.

Claims Management Company (CMC) advertisements which falsely claimed the endorsement of MoneySavingExpert and ITV presenter Martin Lewis have been banned by the FCA.

FCA chief executive Nikhil Rathi appeared on ITV’s popular peak time programme The Martin Lewis Money Show last night to answer questions on a number of subjects including car finance claims.
