The FCA has obtained a confiscation order against convicted fraudster John Burford, the former NASA physicist who defrauded more than 100 investors out of £1m between 2016 and 2021.

The FCA has secured a confiscation order of £265,523.96 against convicted P2P fraudster Andrew Currie and he will face a further jail sentence if he does not pay up within three months.

The FCA has secured a confiscation order of £586,711 against Mohammed Zina, a convicted insider dealer.
