The FCA’s Upper Tribunal, a court of appeal, has upheld the regulator’s decision to ban financial advisers Richard Fenech and Heather Dunne from working in financial services.
The FCA has provisionally banned and fined two financial advisers over failings involving £126m of allegedly "flawed advice" pension transfers.
