The Personal Finance Society today reported that more than 1,100 advisers have signed up to the Pension Transfer Gold Standard in its first six months since launch.

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has branded the findings of an FCA survey, released yesterday, which showed nearly 50% of pension savers accessed their pension pots in the past 12 months without taking any regulated advice or guidance, “alarming”.

The CII has backed a report by the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation stating the profession must engage with the public to reach a consensus on what constitutes a responsible use of AI and data.
