Intelliflo has entered a partnership with Swedish-owned Söderberg & Partners to add its adviser tools to the Intelliflo platform.
The partnership with see Söderberg’s proprietary tools integrated directly into the Intelliflo platform, enabling intelliflo system users to access enhanced functionality through a ‘seamless, connected experience’.
The fintech firms also said they plan to work more closely together to develop integration solutions for advisers.

Intelliflo is an adviser software firm. The firm claims it supports over 29,000 advice professionals, representing around £505bn in assets under advice and serving more than 2.2m clients.
Söderberg & Partners was founded in Sweden in 2004 and is one of the largest providers of wealth management and corporate insurance services in the Nordic region and the Netherlands.
It has over 4,800 employees and £70bn in assets under management and assets under advice.
In recent years Söderberg has taken a stake in several Financial Planning and wealth management firms.
In April it took a 30% stake in Scottish Financial Planning firm Murphy Wealth for an undisclosed sum as well as taking a stake in Chorley-based Cheetham Jackson, Buckinghamshire-based Blakes Financial Management, and North East-based Chartered Financial Planning firm Active Financial Partners.
In January 2025 it announced it had taken stakes in three more UK Financial Planners. It invested in South West-based Francis Clark Financial Planning, Croydon-based Chartered Financial Planner Qi Financial Solutions Ltd and Radcliffe & Co Independent Financial Advisers, based in Southampton.
