The ‘We Are Change’ initiative is a training-drive to attract and train up new entrants to the sector in order to build capacity across the sector.
The framework will help individuals achieve their CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as well as equipping them with practical skills needed for a range of roles including Paraplanning, advice, compliance and financial administration.
The training will be provided free to potential new recruits. They will go through a recruitment and selection process before being offered the option to study full-time over one year or part-time over two years.
The cost of £85 per person per month for two years will be paid by financial services sponsors such as asset managers and product providers.
