Being held today at Chesford Grange Hotel, Warwick, a range of guest speakers are attending to provide practical and technical insight to professionals.

He said he expected everyone attending to think about where is the industry going to go.
He wants more students and young people to see Paraplanning as an attractive and viable career option. He said the sector needs to get young people interested in what the profession is about.

Dan Atkinson, 2014 IFP Paraplanner of the Year, from EQ Investors, helped set the scene for the day and talked about what's changed for Paraplanners since he won last year.
He also discussed how he's benefiting from being a new IFP member.
Mr Atkinson said: "It's been an amazing experience being a member of the IFP and the support for Preplanning is incredible."
"I'm really looking forward to hearing from everyone today at the conference."
He encouraged others to apply to be Paraplanner of the Year for 2015, saying the rewards were well worth it.
He said: "It's awesome to be Paraplanner of the year. I never thought of entering one of these big national competitions before but it's good fun, healthy competition within your company and with people you know.
"One of my favourite bits was speaking to a director about why they thought it was important to have Paraplanners."
He said anyone with the chance to attend an IFP branch meeting should grab it.
Many of the guests attended a conference dinner and quiz last night. Part of the entertainment included bingo - but Mr Allum reassured delegates this would not be appearing next year.
Mr Allum said: "We will never do bingo again, I guarantee that. It was terrible!"
Later today, Rory Percival, FCA technical specialist and former Financial Planner will be discussing key points surrounding regulation.
David Flory from Aegon UK will focus on service including what clients need, what they expect from a Financial Planning service and the impact of recent changes.
He will also look at some of the broader developments across the profession and will try to predict some of the changes that could be seen the future.
